Zach Kidd is an entreprenuer, avid motorcyclist, horrible-but-improving violinist, coffee addict,
US Air Force veteran, techie, audiophile, sailor, surfer, skimboarder, fisherman, and general beach bum.
Zach currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, but would prefer a nice
quaint property in Northern Georgia, or a sailboat in the Caribbean.
Actually, he'd like both.
Zach's travels have
taken him to:
- The Sierra Nevadas and most of the California coast, where he relished
the motorcycling and surfing
- Nevada, where he couldn't wait to leave
- Nebraska,
see Nevada, but not as hot
- Texas, where he learned to wear a hat and boots properly, line dance,
had a close encounter with a tornado, and met some fantastic people.
- Washington DC, where he
worked at the Pentagon for two weeks for a USAF project and traveled to neighboring states for the next week
- Montreal, where he learned to understand Homer Simpson in French, and later accidentally ordered a prosititute at
McDonald's.
Even when gainfully employed,
Zach is ALWAYS working on the next project. He is hard-wired to find a better way to do things, or to take multiple ideas
and combine them for a drastic change to the status quo. At times, he has been known to use this to benefit his employer.
Zach is currently employed as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM),
managing a portfolio of deed-restricted communities and condominiums. He enjoys the challenges of fixing problems, running
multiple businesses (even if it is for clients), and the experience in marketing and sales.
He would rather have a less stressful job for the same pay, working at a marina. Or a bartender on the beach,
like Tom Cruise in Cocktail. Or a captain for hire in the Caribbean, like Kurt Russell in Captain Ron. Well, not
exactly like Captain Ron, but you get the idea.
Zach's favorite books include The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss and Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
Zach is focused on learning Spanish to conversational fluency in the next
six months, and will tackle French shortly thereafter. Also in the queue for this year is improved violin, hiring an
assistant, taking one major business idea to market, and a trip to a tropical island.
