Reviews and Testimonials are critical to my continued success.

They provide social proof to future clients so they know what to expect.

Now, I can’t ask for favorable reviews (thanks lawyers). But if there is anything that I really should have done better, please let me know via e-mail or phone call, especially if there is something I can do to make it right.

My goal is to always earn a “Firewall 5” – 5 stars, across the board, all the time.

And, to paraphrase Warren Buffett, I’d rather lose money than reputation. Money is way easier to earn back!

Two requests:

1. A Photo in Your Review

Please include a photo of you (or your whole family) whenever and where ever possible!

Reviews with the reviewer’s photo are extremely powerful, and are considered the most legitimate by far.

Which one is more powerful?

2. Use the Magic Formula

  • It’s a super-easy recipe – just answer the questions as honestly as possible
  • It helps other people find common ground with your review
  • And it builds massive confidence in your recommendation

You can find it after the site links, or just click here to jump now.

Ready?

If you just want to knock out something fast and simple, here are the links.

If you are willing to put a few extra minutes into this, The Magic Formula section is after these links, then just copy, click, & paste.

There is also a box to submit your review here on my website (also a huge help!).

Preferred Review Sites

I’ve tried to keep these to a minimum, but these are the hottest ones for my industry.

I made it as easy for you as I can – each one will open in a new tab.

Yelp has some pretty amazing reach, and reviews on Yelp are highly visible.

Just click either of the images . When you get there, click that “Write a Review” button.

This link opens the map,
with my info on the left side of the screen.

Scroll down to the “Write a review” button

Facebook (of course)

Facebook hits both local and world wide search results.

Your CURRENT profile picture will be used on this review FOREVER.

If you have multiple accounts, I would ask that you use the least unprofessional version. (See? I know my audience!)

https://www.facebook.com/pg/Zach.Kidd.Agent/reviews/

Then click the: “Do you recommend Zach Kidd – The Veteran Realtor?”

“Yes or No” buttons, which will open the Review area for you.

These also get pushed to Trulia, which is a subsidiary of Zillow. Twice the bang-for-the-buck.

Realtor.com

This one is the toughest, and I have to manually confirm the information and request a review from you.

Simply let me know when you’re ready and I’ll send it over.

There are a few reasons this one made the short list, but for me, it’s worth the hassle.

The Magic Review / Testimonial Format

Answer these questions, in order. You can keep it simple, but the more you put into it, the more powerful it is.

  • What was your situation before we met?
  • What did that feel like?
  • How did we meet?
  • What changed after we met to discuss your situation?
  • What specific results did I get for you? (This can be days, dream lifestyle, price, etc)
  • What would you say to someone who hasn’t met me, about working with me?
  • Is there anything else you would like to add?

Example:

“My (very) pregnant wife, our daughter, and two dogs were living out of a single room at my in-laws house. It was painful and stressful, to put it mildly.

I asked about VA Loans on Facebook and Zach answered. We met for coffee and totally clicked.

He hooked us up with a fantastic lender, we got pre-approved, and had a great time shopping for homes until we found “the one” – it ticked all of the boxes and then some! He negotiated a deal that saved us a ton of money, and we were able to bring our newborn home into our new home.

We’re living in what was only a fantasy when we started.

Zach is a solid guy who always puts his clients first and foremost, and I recommend him every chance I get. If you’re even thinking of buying or selling a home, call him immediately!”

Pretty powerful, right?

Try it here – safety net included

If you’re ready to try it out yourself, start with this first form. It will only be published on my website, and if you want to revise it that’s easy for me to handle. Then you can copy & paste into the sites in the previous section.

ProTip: If you have a note-taking app (Evernote, Google Keep, even Windows Notepad), save a copy there for safe and easy access.

To save you some scrolling, I have included Magic Formula right below the text area.

Thanks!

If you didn’t make it through them all, that’s fine. Same if you just wrote “Cool dude.”

I know it’s a time-suck and a brain-drain, so I truly appreciate any and all effort.

If you’ve made it this far, I have to ask:

Who do you know that I can help next?

Please send me their contact information, and let them know I’ll be in touch ASAP.
