While not categorized as a “Condo-Tel”, it’s going to be very difficult to get traditional (owner-occupied) financing for this condominium unit. There are a large number of absentee owners, and an on-site management office.

That’s okay, there are other options, including investment financing available.

Work your numbers well.

Investment financing usually carries a higher interest rate, and bear in mind those Condo Assessments at $596 a month.

However, you should have no problem renting it at a respectable profit.

Plus, you’ll have a lovely beach front retreat when it’s not rented, right?
