The White House / VA hotline is a 24-hour hotline for listening to and resolving veteran questions and concerns.

Since the launch in October 2017, veterans and their families have placed calls to the hotline with issues and questions, from simple directory assistance requests to complex needs, such as homelessness, illness and severe financial hardship.

The agents who answer those calls, often veterans or family members of veterans, respond to questions on the spot or forward the caller’s concern to an Office of Client Relations staff member who can help.

All veteran calls to the hotline are tracked throughout their journey to resolution.

The number is: (855) 948-2311
