I have personally closed thousands of mortgage loans; so I have experienced most situations that could cause closing dilemmas. From first time homebuyers to second home buyers to investors, I’ve helped with all types of purchases with loan solutions from down payment assistance to construction, renovation lending and jumbo loans; on all types of properties from Single Family Homes, luxury condominiums Townhouses, Duplexes, Triplexes and Fourplexes.
