RYAN SPELTZ, with almost a decade of experience in the mortgage industry and having had the privilege of helping hundreds of families in purchasing their first home, Ryan has seen the best and the worst of the mortgage industry.

Much of Ryan’s time is spent exploring the deeper workings of mindset, positivity, and thought and how it relates to feelings, emotions, and the heart.

Ryan is a husband, father, an author, a landlord, an entrepreneur, and a podcast host of multiple shows. He and his wife own a home in Puerto Rico and spend as much time there as they can.
